Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive/Sr Executive in the MS&T (Technology Transfer) department at Strides, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transfer of technology within the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technology Transfer: Leading and managing the technology transfer processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution at the site level.
• Batch Execution: Overseeing the execution of placebo, scale-up, and trial batches, ensuring that all processes are carried out with precision and in compliance with company standards.
• Validation Management: Reviewing validation protocols and reports, and managing the manufacturing of validation batches to ensure compliance and quality.
• Documentation: Preparing detailed summaries for scale-up and trial batches, which are crucial for the commercialization of products.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborating with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments to obtain analytical data related to process optimization and validation batches.

Qualifications and Experience:

Strides is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: B Pharmacy or M Pharmacy degree.
• Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in MS&T or Technology Transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of technology transfer processes, batch execution, validation protocols, and cross-functional collaboration.
