Job Details
- Role: Associate STEM Content Analyst – Pharma Chem

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coding and indexing chemical compounds in patents according to Derwent Innovation Product policies.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends in pharma and chemistry.
- Acquiring skills in intellectual property, data analysis, and technical areas.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Education:Â B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc in Chemistry.
- Experience:Â Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in content editing within chemistry or pharma (excluding R&D roles).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like ISIS Draw, Marvin JS, and chemical nomenclature systems (IUPAC).
- Knowledge of patent analysis and drug information related to human use.
- An added advantage is basic proficiency in foreign languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
About the Team
The Pharma Chem team at Clarivate consists of over 20 professionals based in Chennai and Hyderabad. The team is responsible for indexing and coding chemical compounds from patents used in global products like Derwent Innovation, which serves leading R&D labs, universities, and pharmaceutical companies.
Work Hours
- Shift Timing:Â 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)
