Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Quality Assurance, you will:
- Lead and manage all QA operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement quality systems for effective process control.
- Oversee the review and approval of manufacturing documents.
- Conduct internal and external audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
- UG/PG: B Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent qualifications in pharmaceutical sciences.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and process validations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling audits and regulatory inspections.
