Qualifications Required:

• MSc./M.Pharm/Ph.D. in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Experience Needed:

• 10–16 years in Peptide API projects (Analytical)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates applying for the Sr. Manager/AGM role will be expected to:

• Must have Rich experience in complete characterization of peptides in lieu to the current FDA guidance with respect to establishing sameness.
• Expertise in establishing an orthogonal approach to understanding the impurities in peptide APIs.
• Impurity Profiling for Peptides APIs comparing LC and HRMS, High molecular weight impurities and charge based peptide impurities.
• Primary structures of peptide, secondary structures / tertiary and High order structures using standard and complementary orthogonal tools. (LC-MS ,CD and NMR).
• Experiences in identifying the appropriate tool like SEC-UV/RI/MALS, Capillary electrophoresis and SVAUC for characterizing the aggregates.
• Strong knowledge and experience of HPLC method development and purification of Peptide by Prep
  HPLC/DAC columns.
