Position 1: Officer – Literature Screening
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Education Required: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm D (preferably in Pharmacology)
Experience: Freshers preferred; pharmacovigilance certification is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Review global scientific and medical literature per company SOPs and regulations.
- Maintain records of literature safety reports and communicate urgent safety issues.
- Prepare and review SOPs, templates, and training documents.
- Support case processing, including data entry, drug coding, and ICSR narrative writing.
- Enter literature cases from PubMed and track cases from regulatory authorities.

Position 2: Officer – Medical Information Call Center (MICC)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Education Required: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm D (preferably in Pharmacology)
Experience: Freshers preferred; candidates with 1 year of MICC experience or excellent English communication skills will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage medical inquiry emails, faxes, and calls.
- Log and update inquiries in the Medical Information database.
- Create Safety IDs and assist medical reviewers in coordinating responses.
- Prepare SDEA, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Assist with audits and reconciliation of medical inquiries.
