Current Vacancies at Ortiv-Q3

1. Purchase/SCM Specialist

  • Education Required: Graduate/Postgraduate in MSc.
  • Experience: 2–7 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing indents for chemicals, reagents, accessories, and consumables in coordination with the Analytical Lab Team.
    • Generating purchase orders and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Maintaining detailed inventory records and minimizing excess stock.
    • Negotiating effectively with vendors to secure optimal terms.

2. Research Scientist

  • Education Required: M.Pharm
  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conducting In Vitro Permeation Testing (IVPT) studies for semi-solid and topical drug products.
    • Proficient in handling Franz Diffusion Cell apparatus.
    • Utilizing analytical instruments like LC-MS, HPLC, dissolution, and PSD.
    • Method development, validation, and technology transfer activities.

3. Research Associate

  • Education Required: MSc.
  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Expertise in analytical instruments such as HPLC, dissolution, and GC/IC.
    • Performing Q1/Q2/Q3 characterization for complex parenteral products.
    • Conducting stability analysis in compliance with ICH guidelines.
    • Developing and validating analytical methods.

4. Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

  • Education Required: M.Pharm/MSc.
  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparing, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Managing and archiving QA documentation.
    • Handling specifications and Method of Analysis (MOA).
    • Coordinating and managing employee training programs.
    • Issuing QA documents as per regulatory requirements.
