Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Packing Secondary Operator / Cartonator Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in packaging operations and a strong background in operating relevant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate and maintain secondary packaging machines efficiently.
– Perform challenge tests on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
– Train and guide new employees on operating procedures and safety protocols.
– Monitor the packaging process to meet quality standards and production targets.
– Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

– Education: BSc., 12th, ITI, Diploma, or other relevant qualifications.
– 2 to 4 years of experience in a packaging role or a similar position.
– Hands-on experience with secondary packaging machinery.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
