About the Role

Ipca Laboratories Ltd. is looking for an experienced Lab Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dedicated team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in laboratory processes and outputs. This role involves implementing QA protocols, conducting data reviews, and fostering a culture of quality and compliance within the lab setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols aligned with regulatory standards.
• Conduct detailed reviews of analytical data for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and execute change control processes, ensuring thorough documentation and impact assessments.
• Investigate and resolve deviations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for documentation and training.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a QA role within a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge: Proficient in CAPA, change control, deviations, and analytical data review.
• Familiarity with EDMS and LMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively in a team.
