Job Responsibilities

In-Process QA Activities

• Ensure in-process quality assurance in the plasma and RM/PM warehouse and manufacturing units.
• Conduct line clearance procedures as per SOP for plasma and RM/PM handling.

Documentation & Review

• Review of documentation and logbooks related to plasma, RM/PM, and manufacturing operations.
• Timely review and verification of executed batch records, control records, and calibration reports.

Sampling & Dispensing

• Dispense plasma, RM, and PM based on production plans.
• Conduct verification of samples at different production stages and coordinate sampling for release and stability studies.

Validation & Audit Activities

• Participate in media fills, cleaning validation, and process validation.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Engage in deviation, change control, and investigation processes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Educational Background

• B Pharm / M.Pharm
• MSc. in Biotechnology

Experience

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in QA functions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
