Job Overview: Research Associate – Formulation & Development

Bioplus Life Sciences is seeking an experienced and motivated Research Associate/Senior Research Associate for its Formulation & Development (FR&D) department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting formulation development, stability studies, and pre-formulation activities for the company’s drug products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Research Associate in the Formulation & Development department, you will be responsible for the following:

• Literature search/Patent search Reference/comparator product procurement and evaluation Test license application.
• Preparation of costing formula.
• Execution of Bio batches.
• Raw materials and Packing materials procurement. Pre-formulation studies.
• Master formula record and specification reviews.
• Formulation development and scale up. Stability Studies.
• Analytical data and stability data compilation.
• Maintenance of Lob Notebooks and Project flies.
• Balance Calibration and maintenance of calibration records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for the Research Associate – Formulation & Development role at Bioplus Life Sciences, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • M. Pharm or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, preferably from a recognized university.
  • Strong academic record, preferably from CBSE/ICSE Board schools.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in formulation & development in the US and EU markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards in formulation development.
