Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management System (QMS):
- Implement, maintain, and oversee the Quality Management System as per GMP regulations.
- Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents while ensuring timely closure.
- IPQA-Injectable:
- Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Conduct routine plant rounds to inspect production and compliance processes.
- Supervise sampling and dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Perform line clearance for production areas and ensure readiness for operations.
- Documentation and Sampling:
- Verify equipment logbooks, temperature, and humidity records.
- Collect in-process and finished samples following predefined specifications.
