Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain online documentation of production activities, including batch manufacturing and packing records.
• Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances.
• Operate and clean machinery and production areas per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Obtain line clearance from Quality Assurance before starting operations.
• Allocate work to operators and workers as per the production plan.
• Ensure temperature and humidity control in the processing area per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packing Record (BPR).
• Conduct in-process quality checks at intermediate stages of manufacturing and filling.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory audit requirements.
• Ensure correct labelling for equipment, areas, and products.
• Oversee the receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.
• Monitor product yield at each stage and report discrepancies.
• Report any operational abnormalities immediately to the Production Executive.
• Uphold high morale, discipline, and technical expertise within the team.
