Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle Intake/Triage, Data Entry, Quality Review, Case Finalization, and Distribution of cases from various sources, including legal cases, spontaneous reports, literature, regulatory authorities, solicited reports, and clinical trials.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in pharmacovigilance case processing.
• Raise follow-up queries when necessary and document them in the safety database.
• Work with the ARGUS database to manage safety data.
• Manage rare disease portfolios within the QR workflow.
• Stay updated with ICH-GCP, GVP modules, 21 CFR guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentoring on ICSR processing, safety databases, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Master’s in Science (or above) in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in QR workflow and ICSR processing.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, GVP modules, and 21 CFR guidelines.
• Database Proficiency: Prior experience working with ARGUS safety database.
• Preferred Skills: Experience handling rare disease portfolios.
