Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical instruments, including HPLC.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures,
– Knowledge Should be Calibrations of Instruments Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), deviations, and ALCOA++ principles.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures, results, and analyses.
– Participate in method development and validation activities as required.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
– Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) or Bachelor of Science (BSc.).
– 2 to 4 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
– Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and techniques, specifically HPLC and other relevant analytical instruments.
– Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) principles, including OOS, OOT, CAPA, deviations, and ALCOA++.
– Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
