Job Responsibilities

As a Trainee in Synthesis R&D, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting organic synthesis and chemical reactions under expert supervision.
• Assisting in the development of new pharmaceutical compounds.
• Maintaining lab documentation and reports as per company guidelines.
• Working with experienced chemists and scientists to enhance your technical skills.
• Following safety protocols and industry best practices in the lab.
