Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is conducting a walk-in drive for QA, QC, Production, and Packing positions at its Vadodara, Gujarat facility. This is a golden opportunity for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector to join a reputed organization with a legacy of over a century.

Date & Time: 08 March 2025 (Saturday) | 09:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Venue: Alembic Research Center, Opp. Alembic Cricket Ground, Alembic Road, Vadodara.

Available Job Roles & Eligibility

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / MSc.
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:

• Conduct line clearance and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) & Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Handle shop floor Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP/GLP regulations.
• Investigate non-conformance and deviations on the shop floor.

2. Quality Control (QC)

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / MSc.
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing for finished products, stability samples, and raw materials.
• Operate HPLC, GC, UV-Visible/IR Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, KF, and IPC-OES.

3. Production (OSD – Oral Solid Dosage)

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / DME / D.Pharm / ITI
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:

• Oversee granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling.
• Handle documentation and regulatory compliance for production activities.

4. Packing (OSD)

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / DME / D.Pharm / ITI
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:

• Manage blister packing, bulk bottle packing, track and trace, serialization, and documentation.
• Operate CAM, BOS, HONGA & UHLMANN machines efficiently.
