Analyst Role in Healthcare & Lifesciences – Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the assigned tasks and execute them with zero defects; comfortable with handling pressure and deadlines.
• Able to quickly come up to speed on different business topics and perform research and analysis across geographies and industries
• Proficient in research, ability to identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for own analysis
• Follow an answer-first approach with the ability to generate a hypothesis supported by robust business insights.
• Proactively flag roadblocks and identify potential solutions
• Support supervisor inwork planning and brainstorming on key recommendations/potential impact
• Communicate business insights effectively
• Understand client needs & situations and adapt to case expectations. Show the ability to resolve problems with support from team members.
• Contribute effectively in internal meetings iconfidently and articulatelyr
• Creathigh-impact client deliverables with a structured storyline to communicate key insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Degree in healthcare, pharma, biotech, life sciences, or any related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

• Healthcare & Life Sciences: Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Medical Science
• Pharmaceuticals: Pharmacy (B Pharm, M.Pharm), Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Data & Analytics: Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics
• Management & Research: MBA (Healthcare Management), Hospital Administration, Clinical Research

Experience: 0-2 years in an analytics, research, or consulting role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
