Analyst Role in Healthcare & Lifesciences – Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for his/her workstream and conduct analysis with support from supervisor and understand the work plan effectively and part of the workstream to work upon
- Take complete ownership of the assigned tasks and execute them with zero defects; comfortable with handling pressure and deadlines.
- Able to quickly come up to speed on different business topics and perform research and analysis across geographies and industries
- Proficient in research, ability to identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for own analysis
- Follow an answer-first approach with the ability to generate a hypothesis supported by robust business insights.
- Proactively flag roadblocks and identify potential solutions
- Support supervisor inwork planning and brainstorming on key recommendations/potential impact
- Communicate business insights effectively
- Understand client needs & situations and adapt to case expectations. Show the ability to resolve problems with support from team members.
- Contribute effectively in internal meetings iconfidently and articulatelyr
- Creathigh-impact client deliverables with a structured storyline to communicate key insights.
- Seek appropriate supervisor coaching and guidance and proactively drive self-learning for your professional development.
- Self-motivated,exerts positive influence on others and exhibits role model behaviour
- Facilitate cross-sharing of learnings/ tools/ within and across teams
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Degree in healthcare, pharma, biotech, life sciences, or any related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Healthcare & Life Sciences: Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Medical Science
- Pharmaceuticals: Pharmacy (B Pharm, M.Pharm), Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Data & Analytics: Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics
- Management & Research: MBA (Healthcare Management), Hospital Administration, Clinical Research
Experience: 0-2 years in an analytics, research, or consulting role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
