About the Role

Are you looking for Ayurveda Pharmacist jobs in Bengaluru? INDHEAL is seeking a dedicated Ayurveda Pharmacist with 0-4 years of experience to manage end-to-end order processing, quality checks, and customer service. This is a full-time, office-based role with opportunities for professional growth in the Ayurveda and healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Monitor expiry dates, batch tracking, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers/distributors for daily order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of prescriptions, invoices, and order logs for audit compliance.
• Address escalations related to order delivery and product availability.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of Ayurvedic medicines.
• Implement quality checks at all stages (procurement, storage, dispatch).
• Plan and conduct offline sales activities such as medical camps and tie-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BAMS, Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy (D. Pharma – Ayurveda), or relevant qualifications in Ayurveda.
• Experience: 0-4 years in Ayurveda practice or pharmacy.
• Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (preferred).
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and strong organizational abilities.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, full-time office-based role.
