 Position: Jr. Associate – Life Sciences
 Location: Coimbatore, India
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Manage Product Data, Compliance, and Regulatory support for clients.
• Assist in market sourcing services for customers and sales associates.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple concurrent tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics & Biomedical Engineering
Experience: Freshers are welcome!
Skills: Strong communication skills (English), organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of foreign languages and MS Access.
Work Requirement: Must be flexible to work in night shifts.
