Project Coordinator – Cardiology Registry Study

Location:

• Reporting: Centre for Clinical Trials and Research (CCTR), SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu
• Job Location: Institute of Cardiac Sciences, SRM Global Hospitals Pvt Ltd, SRM MCH & RC

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Recruitment: Identify and recruit eligible patients for the Cardiology Registry Study.
• Data Entry & Management: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in data collection.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and visits to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Study Protocol Adherence: Maintain regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Documentation: Keep thorough study records and data entry logs.
• Communication: Coordinate with study investigators, clinical staff, and patients.
• Cardiology Knowledge: Understand cardiovascular drugs, procedures, and medical terminology.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in ensuring data integrity.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have a degree in one of the following fields:

• Bachelor’s Degree: B Pharm, BSc in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Perfusion Technology, Nursing, Physician Assistant, Echocardiography Technology.
• Master’s Degree: M Pharm, PharmD, or other relevant medical fields.

Experience Requirement

• Freshers & Experienced (0–7 years) are eligible.
• Prior experience in clinical trials, cardiology, or data management is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and cardiology procedures.
• Excellent data entry and management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written & verbal).
