Job Overview
Position: Project Management Executive
Department: Project Management
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Qualification: B Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 4 years (CRO experience required)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BA/BE project management activities and regulatory queries.
- Oversee project initiation, planning, and execution for medical devices, method validation (MV), and clinical studies.
- Handle BENOC/TL applications and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate pre-study activities, including protocol preparation, ethics committee approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure timely availability of Investigational Product (IP) at the study site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project timelines.
- Draft, review, and approve study protocols and Informed Consent Documents (ICD).
- Communicate study status updates to internal teams and sponsors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: B Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in CRO project management
- Technical Skills: Project planning, regulatory compliance, clinical study execution
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred: Immediate joiners
