Key Responsibilities
As a Sr Research Scientist / Team Lead – Immuno, you will:
- Independently conduct in-vivo efficacy studies in mouse models, including subcutaneous tumor xenografts, allografts, and humanized models.
- Perform dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker estimation for drug discovery programs.
- Utilize advanced techniques such as flow cytometry, protein western blotting, and mRNA analysis.
- Grow and maintain cancer cell lines with aseptic techniques.
- Contribute to preclinical drug discovery projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
