Job Role: Scientific Manager/Senior Scientific Manager – Peptides Synthesis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage peptide synthesis projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to the research team.
• Oversee project cost and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering superior research solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good laboratory practices.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity and intellectual property confidentiality.
• Foster a high-performance culture and support skill development within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Postdoctoral Research in Peptides Chemistry.
• Experience: 5-9 years of expertise in peptide synthesis.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge of laboratory best practices.
