Job Role 1: Medical Representative – Field Officer
Location: Aurangabad, Raipur, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Yavatmal, Nagpur
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years (Minimum 6 months pharma sales experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions
- Educate medical professionals about product benefits and features. Drive prescription generation and meet sales targets
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: BSc (Biology) / B Pharm – Mandatory for freshers
Experience: Minimum 6 months in pharma sales preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Job Role 2: Retail Field Officer
Location: Aurangabad, Raipur, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Yavatmal, Nagpur
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years (Preferably from OTC background)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to chemists and general physicians
- Execute route-wise geo-tagged chemist visits
- Improve brand visibility and ensure product availability at retail points
- Organize trade activation events and retail meets
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and distributors
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Undergraduates/Fresherare encouraged to apply
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in an OTC company preferred
- Strong rapport-building skills and local market knowledge
- Open to both male and female candidates
