Key Job Responsibilities of Executive – AQA

1. Documentation and Review

• Review and approve analytical documents including method validations, instrument calibration records, and sample analysis reports.

• Maintain and verify stability studies documentation, ensuring accurate records aligned with ICH guidelines.

2. Calibration and Qualification

• Ensure timely qualification and calibration of instruments as per SOP and industry standards.

• Coordinate with the analytical and engineering teams for scheduled calibration events.

3. OOS & OOT Investigations

• Independently conduct out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) investigations in compliance with cGMP.

• Identify root causes, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. Audit Readiness and Compliance

• Prepare documentation and records in line with expectations from regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP, EU).

• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits by providing relevant AQA records.

5. Regulatory Knowledge and Implementation

• Interpret and implement global guidelines such as ICH Q1–Q14, WHO, EMA, and MHRA.

• Ensure all processes align with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
