Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Execution

• Manage trial-level clinical data for global studies.

• Handle data acquisition, validation, and database delivery.

• Ensure seamless data integration across multiple vendors.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare Data Management Plans (DMPs), project plans, and datasets.

• Contribute to regulatory submissions and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, MHRA, FDA, and Lilly’s quality standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Clinical Study Build Programming and Data Analytics teams.

• Coordinate coding, adjudication, archiving, and decommissioning of data.

Technology & Innovation

• Leverage therapeutic and technical knowledge to ensure high data quality.

• Participate in process improvement to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Life Sciences

• Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm)

• Nursing

• Statistics

• Health Information Management

• Medical Informatics

Experience

• Minimum 3 years and up to 7 years in Clinical Data Management.

• Experience in working with data validation, database setup, regulatory data submission, and disparate data sources integration.
