Job Position Overview

• Position Title: Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

• Department: Project Management & Biopharmaceutics

• Vacancies: 02

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra

• Qualification Required:

  • MBA in Marketing

  • M.Pharm / B Pharm

• Experience Level: Minimum 5–7+ years

• Preference: Immediate joiners highly preferred

• Industry Requirement: Candidates must be from a Pharmaceutical Finished Formulation background

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be actively involved in:

• Driving business development strategies specifically for Clinical Trials and Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies

• Building long-term client relationships and maintaining engagement across domestic and global pharmaceutical companies

• Managing cross-functional project coordination between internal scientific, regulatory, and operational teams

• Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and client communication

• Presenting service offerings, quotations, and project proposals to potential clients

• Regularly reporting to management on business growth, leads, and pipeline status

This is a highly visible role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of the CRO/pharma business landscape.

Candidate Profile & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate:

• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development in a clinical research or biopharmaceutical CRO environment

• Excellent understanding of Bioequivalence studies, regulatory landscapes, and project lifecycle management

• Strong negotiation, client handling, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional communication channels
