Job Openings and Details

1. HR – Payroll, Compliance & Salary Processing (Male Candidates)

• Education: MBA-HR / B.Com / M.Com

• Experience: 3–6 years in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)

• Designation: Sr. Officer to Executive

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes and statutory compliance

  • Handle end-to-end salary processing, PF/ESI, and labor law-related work

  • Coordinate with finance and audit teams

• Location: Ahmedabad (Rajoda)

• CTC Range: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

2. HR – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Male Candidates)

• Education: MBA-HR / B.Com / M.Com

• Experience: 1–3 years in pharma recruitment

• Designation: Sr. Officer to Executive

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  • Source candidates through portals and social media

  • Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding

• Location: Ahmedabad (Rajoda)

• CTC Range: ₹1 – ₹3 LPA

3. R&D – Technology Transfer (OSD Formulations)

• Education: B Pharm / M.Pharm

• Experience: 5–8 years in technology transfer (OSD mandatory)

• Designation: Executive

• Key Skills:

  • Expertise in technology transfer of oral solid dosage (OSD)

  • Market knowledge of EU & ROW (Rest of World) regulatory environments

  • Strong documentation and validation knowledge

• Location: Ahmedabad (Rajoda)

• CTC Range: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA

4. R&D – Formulation & Development (F&D)

• Education: M.Pharm

• Experience: 1–6 years in F&D (OSD formulations)

• Designation: Officer to Executive

• Key Skills:

  • Formulation development for regulated markets (EU & ROW)

  • Experience with scale-up batches, stability studies, and documentation

• Location: Ahmedabad (Rajoda)

• CTC Range: ₹2.8 – ₹7 LPA
