Role Overview: Trainee Research Scientist – R&D

Key Responsibilities

 Core Responsibilities

• Execute projects related to New Product Development (NPD), CIP/QIP, and KSM within timelines.

• Identify risks in each process stage concerning Yield, Quality, and EHS, and define Critical Process Parameters (CPPs).

• Participate in impurity synthesis and provide detailed technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in pilot plant discussions and scale-up demonstrations.

Lab & Compliance Tasks

• Prepare SOPs and ensure proper compliance among team members.

• Follow GLP, GMP, and maintain lab safety protocols.

• Accurately document experimental results and prepare Technical Packages (B & C) for scale-up processes.

Analytical & Team-Based Activities

• Analyze batch failures and propose corrective action plans.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions to overcome research hurdles.

• Work in shifts, ensuring equipment cleanliness and good housekeeping.

Educational Qualification:

• MSc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
