Job Role: Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and compile dossiers in ACTD, CTD, and country-specific formats.
- Address MoH deficiency responses and resolve queries from regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and production for gathering required regulatory documents.
- Track and maintain up-to-date regulatory files and submission records.
- Manage artwork reviews for regulatory compliance (Package Insert, SmPC, labels).
- Prepare technical dossiers for tenders and international product registrations.
- Contribute to regulatory strategy and SOP compliance documentation.
Required Qualification & Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (B Pharm/M.Pharm)
Experience:
- 3 to 15 years of proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of ICH and LATAM guidelines
- Hands-on experience in dossier compilation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
