Micro Labs is expanding its operations in Goa and is actively seeking skilled professionals to join their teams in Production, Packing, and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply and begin their career journey in a reputed pharmaceutical company.

Production Department

Sections: Compression, Granulation, Coating, Capsule
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm

If you have hands-on experience in tablet or capsule manufacturing operations, this role offers a dynamic working environment and great career progression.

Packing Department

Section: Blister Packaging
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: B Pharm

Candidates with experience in blister packaging operations and knowledge of automated machines will be preferred.

Quality Assurance (QA) Department

IPQA Section

Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Hands-on experience in in-process quality checks, batch records review, and GMP compliance will be beneficial.

Audit & Compliance Section

Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 10 to 15 years in pharmaceutical industry

Candidates must have experience handling regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, etc.), CAPA management, and documentation.
