Current Hiring: Executive – Bioanalytical
Syngene is actively seeking skilled professionals for the role of Executive – Bioanalytical at their Bangalore campus. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about small molecule bioanalysis and regulatory compliance.
Location: Bangalore, India
Department: Small Molecule Bioanalytical Research Laboratory, Clinical Development
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sample processing for method development, validation, and study sample analysis.
- Prepare Standard Test Procedures (STP), Method Validation (MV) protocols, and study sample analysis protocols.
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance as per SOPs, STPs, and GCP/GLP guidelines.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for instrument troubleshooting (LC-MS/MS, HPLC, etc.).
- Document data accurately following ALCOA++ standards.
- Participate actively in scientific discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Educational Background
- Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other related Life Sciences from a recognized university.
Industry Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a regulated small molecule bioanalysis environment.
- Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS and HPLC operations for small molecule studies.
- Candidates with previous experience at a Bioanalytical CRO lab will have an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Thorough understanding of GCP/GLP regulatory expectations.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
