Senior Research Associate / Research Scientist
Department: In-vitro (Assay Biology)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Qualification: MSc./M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Experience Required: 1-8 years (preferably in the CRO industry)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle time-bound service-based projects efficiently.
- Develop and optimize both cell-free and cell-based assays.
- Conduct experiments using advanced platforms such as FLIPR, TR-FRET/HTRF, Fluorescence Polarization, absorbance, luminescence, ECL, AlphaScreen, DELFIA, NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, High Content Imaging, and Live Cell Analysis.
- Miniaturize assays from 96-well to 384-well and 1536-well formats.
- Apply strong technical knowledge in molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry experiments.
Essential Skills and Expertise
- Broad experience in small-molecule drug discovery.
- Deep understanding of assay development and validation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced CRO environment.
