Job Details: Medical Contact Center Associate II
Location: Pune & Mumbai
Department: Drug Safety / Medical Information
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Respond to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general queries via phone, email, or fax.
- Record and report adverse drug reactions (ADR) per regulatory and internal SOP timelines.
- Perform call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-ups.
- Manage data reconciliation, quality checks, and training modules.
- Develop and revise training materials in alignment with SOPs and system updates.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all data processing activities.
Required Education & Qualifications
Fortrea welcomes a broad range of candidates with varying educational and professional backgrounds:
- BPharm, MPharm, BSc, MSc in Life Sciences, Medical Science, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or Chemistry.
- BS/BA + 2–3 years of safety experience
- MA/MS/PharmD + 1–2 years of safety experience
- Associate degree + 4–5 years relevant experience
- Non-degree holders with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the pharma/CRO sector
Relevant experience includes Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Monitoring, Quality Assurance.
Preferred Skills
- Call center or pharmacovigilance experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP)
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
