Position Details: Junior Research Associate / Research Associate
Educational Qualifications Required
- MSc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology
- M.Pharm in relevant life science disciplines
- M.Tech in Biochemistry / Biotechnology
Experience Range
- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 4 years
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Research & Development
- Hands-on experimental work with monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), proteins, and peptides
- Independently design and execute experiments as per project objectives
- Analyze and interpret data with minimal supervision
Method Development & Validation
- Develop and validate capillary electrophoresis (CE) methods
- Handle diverse CE separation modes with confidence
- Apply SDS, 2D-SDS, Western blotting, and IEF techniques effectively
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain precise documentation of results, calculations, and reports
- Plan and execute daily work schedules efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functionally to meet project milestones
Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in CE method conceptualization and development
- Working knowledge of protein analysis and biologic assay techniques
