Key Responsibilities

Document & Regulatory Oversight

• Classify documents under Smart Inbox and ARC review.
• Conduct visual quality checks for image clarity and context.
• Delete and manage outdated or misclassified documents.

TMF Management

• Maintain audit readiness for TMF by performing Audit Ready Checks.
• Ensure consistency with SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and sponsor requirements.
• Collaborate with BP and S members to ensure TMF completeness.

Audit & Compliance

• Support preparation and participation in internal and client audits.
• Address audit findings with corrective actions.
• Track essential study artifacts from startup through close-out.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TMF systems or Vault eTMF platforms.
• Competency in MS Office and document processing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
