Designation: Sr Research Associate / Research Scientist – In-vivo

Department: DMPK (Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics)

Key Responsibilities

As part of the DMPK team, the selected candidate will:

• Design and execute in-vivo pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) studies to support preclinical drug discovery.
• Perform data interpretation, analysis, and reporting of in-vivo experiments in various models.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols, GLP/GCP guidelines, and ethical animal handling practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research teams including biology, chemistry, and bioanalytical teams to advance project timelines.
• Maintain and manage in-vivo laboratory equipment and workflow efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacology (M.Pharm) from a reputed institute.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in in-vivo pharmacology with a strong understanding of DMPK principles.
• Experience working in a CRO or pharmaceutical R&D setup will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex in-vivo data.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
