Role & responsibilities: Warehouse Officer – RM/PM/FG formulation (Tablet/Capsules)

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in Pharma industry

Qualification: Equivalent Graduate/Post Graduate

Preferred candidate profile:

-Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) warehouses in compliance with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
-Ensures proper material handling, storage, issuance, documentation, and coordination with QC, Quality and Production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receipt & Verification:

Receive RM, PM, and FG as per delivery challan/invoice.
Conduct physical verification of received materials.
Coordinate with QC for sampling and approval.
Ensure materials are labeled and quarantined properly.
2. Storage & Inventory Management:

Store materials as per defined storage conditions (temperature, humidity).
Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance in material handling.
Maintain updated inventory records in ERP/manual system.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
3. Dispensing & Issuance:

Issue RM/PM to production as per batch requirements and approved documents.
Ensure proper documentation of issuance and return.
Maintain hygiene and segregation during dispensing.
4. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain all warehouse documents – GRN, stock cards, issuance records, logs, etc.
Ensure all operations comply with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
Prepare for internal/external audits and support audit readiness.
5. Coordination:

Coordinate with Procurement, QC, QA, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Communicate effectively for timely availability of materials.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
Attention to detail and good documentation practices.
Physical ability to handle warehouse activities.
Team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Background:

Prior experience in pharma formulation warehouse (RM/PM/FG handling).
Understanding of regulated environments (USFDA, EU, WHO GMP).
