Key Responsibilities
As a Production Injectable Technician at Felix Generics, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating Sterile Area Equipment: Experience with Autoclave, Manufacturing & Holding Vessels, Vial Washing & Depyrogenation Units, Filling Machines, and Spray Dryers for microsphere production.
- Validation & Qualification: Support in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for aseptic filling lines, autoclaves, and cleanroom equipment.
- Sterile Manufacturing Operations: Involvement in aseptic compounding, vial filling, and capping under strict GMP guidelines.
- GMP Documentation: Maintaining accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation, batch records, and equipment logs.
- Troubleshooting: Hands-on troubleshooting of process equipment and sterile area machinery to ensure uninterrupted production.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should bring:
- Prior Experience in Injectables: Proven work history in an injectable production facility, preferably one approved by USFDA or other international regulators.
- Strong Technical Skills: Familiarity with cleanroom operations and equipment handling.
- Regulatory Mindset: Understanding of current GMP (cGMP) and documentation practices.
