Key Responsibilities

Study Start-Up Support

• Review clinical protocols focusing on imaging requirements.
• Set up project databases and organize medical communication folders.
• Prepare site manuals, labels, and compliance reports.
• Create source documents/eCRFs as needed.

Clinical Documentation and Compliance

• Develop and finalize study documents like Protocol Amendment Impact Forms (PAIFs), Notes to File (NTFs), and Transfers of Obligation (ToO).
• Maintain document versioning, database tracking, and final deliverables.

Training and Communication

• Assist in updating training modules and SOPs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent communication.
• Prepare and document meeting minutes.

Project Close-Outs

• Manage end-to-end project documentation closure.
• Ensure compliance and submission of all final records.

Educational Background

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, or Pharmaceutics.

Skills and Experience

• Freshers can apply; 1–2 years in medical/pharma/clinical research is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of clinical trial terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
