Key Responsibilities

As an Officer/Executive in the Product Development team, your primary responsibilities will include:

Formulation Development: Independently work on the development of Solid Oral Dosage Forms, including general and high-potency products.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with international regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, EU, and WHO standards.

Technical Expertise: Apply core pharmaceutical sciences in product lifecycle development with an understanding of pre-formulation, formulation design, and process optimization.

Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, QA, QC, and regulatory teams to streamline development activities.

Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and audit-ready technical documentation, including batch records, reports, and protocols.

Communication: Clearly present development updates, challenges, and strategies to internal and cross-functional teams.

🎓 Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Educational Background: M. Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics

Industry Experience: 2–4 years in pharmaceutical product development, particularly in solid oral dosage manufacturing

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong grasp of formulation principles and pharmaceutical sciences
• Experience working with potent products
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team
