About the Role

As a Safety Reporting Specialist, you will manage the receipt, processing, and submission of expedited and periodic safety reports while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You’ll work in a collaborative and scientific environment committed to bringing life-changing therapies to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and submit safety reports to relevant authorities and sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with global safety reporting regulations and country-specific legislation.
• Monitor project metrics and highlight any deviations to management.
• Participate in audits, perform quality checks, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain databases and safety systems, and perform administrative support tasks.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or related roles.

• In-depth understanding of medical terminology and global PV regulations (FDA, ICH).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with safety databases.
