Clinical Research Roles:
Clinical Research Associate – I
- Experience: 1 year
- Responsibilities: Assist with site management, documentation, protocol adherence, and site visits.
Clinical Research Associate – II
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Responsibilities: Lead monitoring visits, ensure protocol compliance, manage site queries, and support clinical trial operations.
Clinical Trial Assistant – I
- Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply)
- Responsibilities: Support documentation, regulatory submissions, and trial logistics under CRA guidance.
Data Management Role:
Clinical Data Management – Manager
- Experience: 8+ years
- Responsibilities: Lead DM strategy, CRF design, validation, database lock activities, and manage CDM teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Background:
- B Pharm, M.Pharm
- BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Clinical Research
- Nursing or Allied Health Sciences
Skills & Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial lifecycle
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced CRO environment
