Key Responsibilities
- Intake and triage of ICSRs using ARGUS databases
- Monitor and process valid ICSRs from Eudra Vigilance and other sources
- Literature search and evaluation for valid ICSRs
- Code medical events and drug data using MedDRA
- Ensure timely and accurate case entry (serious & non-serious)
- Generate regulatory reports and submit them to health authorities
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Participate in client training and stay updated with GVP/GCP/ICH
- Assist in SOP development and compliance assurance
- Troubleshoot and support technical process issues
- Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm / M.Pharm)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PV case processing
- Prior experience with therapeutic areas like CNS, CVS, Oncology, Immunology, or Gene Therapy preferred
- Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance regulations: GVP, GCP, ICH
- Knowledge of ARGUS, MedDRA coding, and literature search tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
- Strong medical terminology understanding
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
