Open Position: Research Associates (10 Vacancies)
We are hiring skilled and passionate professionals with a strong background in organic chemistry to support our discovery chemistry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex organic synthesis reactions with minimal supervision
- Record experiments, observations, and results in a clear and compliant format
- Follow good laboratory practices (GLP), safety norms, and quality guidelines
- Coordinate closely with team leaders (TLs) on reaction planning and troubleshooting
- Deliver high-purity target compounds in a CRO/FTE environment
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- MSc. in Chemistry (Organic / Pharmaceutical / General)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemistry CRO, preferably in discovery chemistry or FTE projects
Skillset:
- Sound knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry
- Ability to interpret spectral data (NMR, LCMS, IR)
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to target delivery
