Role Overview: QC Technical Expert – Pune, India
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including specifications, SOPs, STPs, and analytical reports
Ensure compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Handle validation, stability studies, and troubleshoot analytical issues
Coordinate with QA, R&D, and Production for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- MSc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm)
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV, IR and other lab instruments
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacopeial methods and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and documentation skills
