Job Role & Responsibilities
The International Business Development role is ideal for dynamic pharma professionals who have proven experience in domestic pharmaceutical sales and are ready to step into the global business domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand Aculife’s international footprint.
- Identify and establish partnerships in assigned international markets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessment to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory, marketing, and product development support.
- Manage sales targets, negotiate contracts, and drive profitability.
- Represent Aculife at global pharma exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- BSc., B Pharm, or M.Pharm (preferred)
Experience Required:
- Candidates currently working as NSM, SM, or ZSM in domestic pharma sales.
Skills & Attributes:
- Fluent in English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage international business operations efficiently.
- Passion for scientific promotion and brand building.
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
