Job Role & Responsibilities
Intas is conducting a Walk-In Drive to fill multiple positions across its Injectable, Parenteral, OSD, QA, and Engineering departments. Below are the available roles and key expectations:
1. Technician / Operator – Injectable / Parenteral / Sterile (Lyophilizer, Aseptic, Manufacturing, Autoclave, Clean Area)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 10 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor sterile production equipment (ampoules, vials, lyophilizers)
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and aseptic protocols
- Participate in batch preparation, autoclaving, and sterile area maintenance
2. Executive / Senior Officer / Officer – IPQA (OSD)
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Responsibilities:
- In-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging
- Documentation and compliance verification per cGMP guidelines
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure deviation handling and CAPA implementation
3. Executive / Senior Officer / Officer / Technician / Operator – Engineering (Instrumentation & Plant Maintenance)
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 10 years
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain and calibrate pharmaceutical manufacturing instruments
- Manage utilities, HVAC systems, and equipment validation
- Ensure preventive maintenance in OSD & Injectable plants
4. Senior Executive / Executive / Senior Officer / Officer – QA Documentation Cell (APQR, PQR, QA-RA, Issuance & Retrieval)
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 to 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Handle quality documentation and compliance for regulatory inspections
- Manage product quality review and annual product quality report preparation
- Coordinate QA and RA documentation workflows
5. Senior Executive / Executive / Senior Officer / Officer – Injectable / Parenteral / Sterile (QMS, Aseptic, Clean Area, Manufacturing)
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 to 14 years
- Responsibilities:
- Lead sterile production, QMS compliance, and cleanroom monitoring
- Conduct quality audits and implement regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA)
- Manage deviations, CAPA, and document traceability
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, Diploma, ITI
- Experience Required: 2 to 14 years in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Candidates must have exposure to USFDA / MHRA / EU-approved plants.
- Must be willing to work in shift operations.
Courses relevant to the educational requirement include:
Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Industrial Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, and Instrumentation.
