Job Role & Responsibilities
We are hiring Officer / Sr. Officer for QA and Lab QA departments. As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will:
- Perform instrument analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, IR.
- Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Ensure all testing and documentation are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Review analytical documents, deviation reports, and laboratory data integrity.
- Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Change Control processes effectively.
- Participate in internal and external audits, and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Apply ALCOA++ principles for accurate and reliable documentation.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for deviations and laboratory incidents.
Eligibility / Qualifications
To apply for the QA Officer / Sr. Officer position, candidates must possess:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in QA or Lab QA within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR)
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and QA documentation systems
- Knowledge of CAPA, Deviation Handling, and OOS/OOT investigations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and audit readiness skills
