Job Role & Responsibilities
Medreich is currently hiring for two major departments — Quality Control and Formulation & Development. Candidates with hands-on experience in core pharma formulations (OSD) are encouraged to apply.
1. Quality Control Officer / Executive
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, stability samples, and finished products.
- Perform HPLC and GC analysis with precision.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and records.
- Handle deviation, CAPA, and OOS investigations as per regulatory requirements.
2. Formulation & Development Department (F&D)
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 4–6 years in solid orals, liquid orals, pellets, sachets, or HME formulations.
- Core Skills:
- Hands-on formulation development from lab scale to exhibit batches.
- Literature search, drug–excipient compatibility studies.
- Regulatory documentation and Clarifax responses (ICH/MHRA/TGA/HC).
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment: RMG, FBD, compression, coating, GPCG.
- Preparation and review of MFR, BMR, BPR, PVP, HTSP, PDR, and CDR.
- Team handling, documentation control, and scale-up process management.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 2–6 years (Quality Control) | 4–6 years (F&D)
- Industry Preference: Core pharmaceutical formulation background (OSD mandatory)
- Preferred Location: Candidates from Bangalore who can join within 30 days.
